MK Property Partners are part of  NSP Resources; offering services to investors and homeowners within the Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

We are experienced private landlords who personally live and invest in Milton Keynes; managing our own portfolio of single lets, HMO’s, Student houses, Freeholds and supported living accommodation. We firmly believe in property as a viable long term investment strategy but understand the challenges which can arise.

We are founding members of the Milton Keynes Private Landlords Association and are proud to work closely with a local Community Interest Company offering accessible supported living housing. All of this has given us a wealth of experience and  offers us a unique perspective on the local property market.

Our aims:

• to provide a high quality property sourcing service to investment buyers
• give sellers a cost effective alternative to the traditional methods of selling a home
• to provide coaching and mentoring services which enable investors to navigate the challenges of private rental property
• to ensure a high quality letting experience for both tenants and landlords by promoting education and support
• to increase the availability of accessible supported living housing by working in positive partnership with investors
